Whole Body Cryotherapy

The treatment uses extremely cold temperatures to promote natural healing and wellness. WBC is a fast and effective alternative to traditional ice baths with many more benefits associated with regular use. Nitrogen vapor is released into the cryo-sauna and subsequently drops the temperature to -200F degrees or colder which puts your body into a "cryo-state" initiating both a rejuvenation and a restorative response which continues much longer then the three minute session.
